>估计我个人是本次黄山比赛唯一跟骑完２５公里全程的摄影师，路上遇见Ｎ多的老外，也超了不少，本次最惊讶的是那个美国ＸＣ冠军，５０公里赛开始一直保持领先，到第２圈下山的时候从我旁边冲过，其后起码１０分钟我没有看见其他的车手，在我的影像记录里在第一圈的时候他在过了泥路，领先其他的车手不过３０秒的时间，第２圈居然有１０分钟的差距，我个人估计时间差距主要来源于上坡和下坡，听别人说他公路上坡的速度有３５，我个人看见他下坡的时候基本不带刹车的，还有他软尾的优势．

>个人骑完２５公里，发现以下几个特点
<

>１.软尾是ＸＣ以后的趋势
２.体力分配和技术发挥很重要
３.爬坡体力和下坡技术一样重要，你在爬坡的时候超了别人，下坡没有技术控车就是别人超你
４.器材一定要合适
５.心理素质很重要，很多路完全可以发挥水平，但是由于心理原因不敢放速度，我看见很多车手都是这样

我今天刚买了备用的相机专用电池和1G的存储卡，为五一期间的外出做物质准备，呵呵

１Ｇ的卡那使游玩基础入门，电池才是最主要的，专用电池最不方便，用完了如果没有备用最麻烦
