<P><FONT size=3><FONT face="Times New Roman">9:30  </FONT>报名检录<FONT face="Times New Roman">   </FONT>发车点登记姓名及发放粘贴号码。检查器材，护具</FONT></P>
<P><FONT size=3><FONT face="Times New Roman">10:00 </FONT>和终点联系，准备发车。</FONT></P>
<P><FONT size=3><FONT face="Times New Roman">10:10 </FONT>比赛开始。按<FONT face="Times New Roman">30</FONT>秒间隔<FONT face="Times New Roman"> </FONT>发车，记录。</FONT></P>
<P><FONT size=3><FONT face="Times New Roman">10:30 </FONT>发车完毕<FONT face="Times New Roman">  </FONT>发车点工作人员延赛道回收标志，清理赛道。</FONT></P>
<P><FONT size=3><FONT face="Times New Roman">11:00 </FONT>终点计算成绩排出名次。发奖。</FONT></P>
<P><FONT size=3><FONT face="Times New Roman">12:00 </FONT>回程<FONT face="Times New Roman">FB.</FONT></FONT></P>

<P>长乐林场越野赛道介绍：</P>
<P>赛道长3公里。路面以碎石，泥土为主。路宽3米到1米。有数个急转弯。有高度约为5至10米的上下坡。单个上坡长度100米左右。道路一侧临山，一侧为湖。气候凉爽。林场外还有西瓜甜，可以大快朵唏
